Breath energiser

Relax yourself.Then breathe in and out a few times. Shift your attention from your nose to the centre of your body, around your belly-button. Then breathe in and out from there. This is a deeper breath and takes longer to inhale and exhale. Continue breathing, and imagine there is a great pool of energy flowing from your centre. Visualise the energy expanding and increasing. Feel the energy as it rises and flows through your body and out through your toes, head and fingertips. Now imagine that it is flowing outside your body, creating a barrier of energy all around you. Don't be distracted by the bully - let the 'energy block' protect you.
